Josh Hoeft, PE

Josh Hoeft is the founder, owner, and principal electrical engineer at Endurance Electrical. With a strong foundation in both engineering and construction, Josh has built a career focused on delivering practical, high-quality electrical solutions for commercial and heavy commercial projects. He began his professional journey with Marathon Petroleum Company at a Minnesota-based refinery, where he gained hands-on experience with complex systems in demanding environments. That experience continues to shape his field-conscious approach to design.

Josh earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE). His areas of expertise include power system design, construction coordination, electrical studies, and field troubleshooting. He works closely with general contractors, electrical contractors, and developers to ensure every project is both technically sound and aligned with real-world installation goals.

The name Endurance Electrical reflects Josh’s personal dedication to long-term performance and perseverance. As a triathlete, he has competed in multiple full and half Ironman races, including the 2024 70.3 World Championships in New Zealand. That mindset of endurance, defined by steady and consistent effort toward a clear finish, carries over into every project the company takes on.

Josh is also passionate about supporting small to medium-sized businesses and like-minded entrepreneurs. He believes in building strong, lasting relationships with clients who value collaboration, responsiveness, and engineering that supports practical outcomes. Through Endurance Electrical, he is committed to being a dependable partner from design through construction and beyond.
